Value Solutions' mission is to provide service fused with due diligence. It was founded by Loretta Espinoza as a real estate appraisal company based in East Contra Costa County in July 2006. Loretta is a Certified Residential Real Estate and FHA approved appraiser and has more than 10 years of experience in the industry. In addition she has more than eight and half years experience with the largest market share Real Estate Appraisal company in Northern and Southern California.

Appraisals are shipped electronically in PDF format, unless otherwise noted.
Interior photos are included with 1004, 1073, 1075 and 1025 forms (Single Family,
Condos, Coops, 2-4 Units).
Comp searches are done prior to inspection and appraisal write up.
Calls to set up inspections are typically made within 24 hours of receipt of legible, written request.
Value issues are resolved with client prior to appraisal write up.
All appraisals require COD at time of inspection. Write ups will not commence until fees have been collected.
